[spsp-members] List reorganized

Unfortunately, due to the untimely death of the administrator of the
MailMan installation hosting this list, it has failed to work for a
while. From today onwards it should work again, with a new host, and
otherwise as usual.

*At the moment only three test persons are on the SPSP members list,
and hopefully receiving this message. Do let me know if you receive
it.*
