The Fourth Padova Summer School on Philosophy and Cultural Studies of
Technology is dedicated to "Animal Technologies."

From Oct 9 to 13, these will be some of our cross-cutting questions:

o Kinship, moral community and their technological transformation -
conceived as cooperation, cohabitation, coproduction, or codependency.
o Technology games, human and animal forms of life - conceived as
interface, intersection, in-formation, inclusion, or integration.
o Analog and digital intelligence - limits and possibilities of
communication, mutual recognition, perception, processing and sharing of
information.
o Anthropocene, Chthulucene, Technocene - eco-historical positioning for
planetary survival.

Expressions of interest and applications are due on June 5 - for more
